Who is responsible
Villa Sarva, Sirkka, 99130 Levi, Kittilä, Finland, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything to do with your data, use the enquiry form and say so in the message — it reaches the same people.
What we collect, and why
If you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, dates, party size and message you type into the form. We use them for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange your stay. The lawful basis is your consent, and — once a booking exists — the performance of that contract.
We do not run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this site. There are no cookies set by this website, and nothing here profiles you. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading the page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Server logs
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, request time, user agent) to deliver and secure the site. That processing rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and free of abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is carried to our own mailbox by Cloudflare's email service and held there by our email provider. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell, rent or share your details with agencies, advertisers or listing platforms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking correspondence is kept for as long as Finnish accounting and tax law requires, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our use of it, ask for it in a portable form, or withdraw consent at any time. Ask through the enquiry form and we will answer within a month.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top of the page.
